Do you ship worldwide?

We currently ship to most countries bar those in North America, America Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated based on your address at checkout prior to payment.

What are your shipping options?

Untracked Post (only offered for items under 250g) - Your order will be sent using standard mail with NO TRACKING. This option is offered as a budget friendly choice. It generally takes longer to arrive (this can be up to 6-8 weeks during busy times).
Blu Monkey Australia cannot take any responsibility for lost or delayed post when this option is chosen as there is no way of tracking your order.

Parcel Post is our recommended option. Your order is sent with a tracked postage label which will show the journey of your order. In the event of a delayed or missing order, you are able to contact Australia Post and lodge an inquiry to find your order. You may also receive email updated on the progress of your order if your email is provided.

Express Post, this option has the same benefits as 'Tracked Post' but is alot quicker.

Satchel, this is sent via courier called Sendle.

Delivery Timeframes

Blu Monkey is not able to guarantee delivery timeframes. Once the item has been dispatched it is in the hands of the Postal Service or Courier company.
For Australia wide deliveries if you are in a hurry please choose the express postage option noting the following. Australia Post are no longer offering a 1 day turn around for express post and choosing express does not change my time to make the item.

What if my item is damaged in transit?

If any item in your parcel was damaged during postage, you will need to submit a claim for compensation with Australia Post and we recommend doing so within a 48 hour period after receiving your order. Please also notify me of the claim so that we can contact you with any communication Australia Post provides us regarding your order. Kindly include photographs of the damaged item in its original packaging and details of your claim with Australia Post. Please note: they will only allow compensation claims for 30 days after receipt of your parcel.

Where do your source your products from?

We carry a very large range of products which are sourced from distributors within Australia, however they are manufactured around the world.

Are you based in Australia?

Yes we are based in Melbourne, Victoria and we are a family run business.

What is pre-order?

If one of our products is marked as a Pre-Order, it means we don't currently have the item with us, but we can get it here for you. Ordering these items does take an additional 12 business days on top of the original timeframe for dispatch. In the event that the stock circumstances with the supplier has changed and we are not able to order, we will refund your purchase.

What is coming soon?

If one of our items is marked as a coming soon, it means the supplier is awaiting stock which is on its way.

How do I know if I have a pre-order item?

These items will show a pre-order button instead of add to cart, along with a note in the cart.

When will I be charged for a pre-order item?

You will charged at the time of placing the order.

I have both in stock and pre-order items in my cart, will you ship the in stock items first?

If you have both preorder items and in stock items in your cart these will be shipped together. Should you need the other items sooner, please make a separate order.

Am I able to cancel an order?

If you need to cancel an order, change the shipping address or remove items from your order please contact us as soon as possible.
